Navigator - BRIDGES at Pahokee
About The Position
Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) is hiring a full-time Navigator for BRIDGES at Pahokee. BRIDGES works to enhance parental and community capacity in targeted neighborhoods, with goals of increasing healthy births, decreasing child abuse and neglect, increasing school readiness, and increasing the rate of third-grade children reading on grade level. CPSFL provides services in behavioral and mental health, housing, and community services, and describes itself as a comprehensive community development organization. The organization highlights ongoing training and professional development, a transparent culture, and opportunities for employees to grow into leadership roles. The position requires flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a related field; years of education may be exchanged for years of experience.
- Flexible work hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
