Navigator RN - STEMI/PERT Program
About The Position
The Interventional Cardiology Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent resource to support optimal care delivery for cardiology with a focus on interventional cardiology and STEMI patients as well as other projects as assigned. This nurse navigator takes on a leadership role in developing the coordination of care during pre-procedure, hospitalization, discharge planning and facilitating post-hospitalization follow-up. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in cardiovascular services.
