About The Position

Lead the modernization of critical Navy IT systems and oversee delivery of advanced digital solutions. Partner with clients to modernize legacy IT infrastructure, guide a team, and lead Agile development of a project roadmap. Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress in a fast-moving environment. The role also involves caring for client goals, contributing to business development, and supporting employee growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing Navy IT Services, IT Operations and Maintenance, Cybersecurity compliance, and Software Development.
• 5+ years of experience developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organization.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Power BI to develop briefs and key deliverables.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• PMP and Agile Certifications.

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience leading Navy IT or Cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience with DevSecOps and Cloud Computing.
• Master’s degree.
• ITIL Certification.
• CISSP Certification.
