About The Position

Lead modernization and delivery of critical Navy IT systems and advanced digital solutions. Partner with clients to modernize legacy IT infrastructure, guide a team, and lead Agile development of project roadmaps. Establish project milestones and metrics to track progress in a fast-moving environment. The role also involves contributing to business development, supporting clients’ mission goals, and helping employees grow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing Navy IT services, IT operations and maintenance, cybersecurity compliance, and software development.
• 5+ years of experience developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organization.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Power BI to develop briefs and key deliverables.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• PMP and Agile certifications.

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of experience leading Navy IT or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience with DevSecOps and cloud computing.
• Master’s degree.
• ITIL certification.
• CISSP certification.
