About The Position

The Naval IT Project Manager will lead the modernization of critical Navy IT systems and oversee delivery of advanced digital solutions. The role partners with clients to modernize legacy IT infrastructure and leads Agile development of project roadmaps, establishes milestones, and implements metrics to track progress. The Project Manager also supports client mission goals, contributes to business development, and helps foster employee growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

10+ years of experience managing Navy IT Services, IT Operations and Maintenance, Cybersecurity compliance, and Software Development.
5+ years of experience developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organization.
Experience using Microsoft 365 and Power BI to develop briefs and key deliverables.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
PMP and Agile Certifications.

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience leading Navy IT or Cybersecurity initiatives.
Experience with DevSecOps and Cloud Computing.
Master’s degree.
ITIL Certification.
CISSP Certification.
