Requirements

  • Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement best practices
  • Intermediate proficiency with computers, including Excel, Word, and internet applications
  • Strong customer service and communications sills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Driven, ethical, customer-focused, and results oriented mind set

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in sales or related field
  • 3 years of demonstrated sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing business customers nationwide through outbound calling, introducing them to our professional answering services.
  • Identify leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Follow up on inquiries.
  • Track all activity in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Occasionally assist with customer training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
