About The Position

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is a global leader in access solutions. Biosite, recently acquired by ASSA ABLOY, provides technology-enabled solutions for the construction industry to optimize operational efficiency, improve health and safety, and ensure compliance. Biosite is expanding and recruiting for a National Sales Manager for the US to lead and grow sales teams, drive revenue growth, and penetrate the market. This role will also focus on building strategic relationships with national accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-level sales organizations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and event representation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies.
  • Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Provide market intelligence to the Product Manager.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for trade shows and promotional activities.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage internal and external sales teams.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide coaching for success.
  • Align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key national accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Deliver monthly business reviews and strategic updates.
  • Gather and share market insights with Product Management.
  • Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend new initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Deliver presentations and speak publicly to promote brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and promotional campaigns.
