The National Sales Manager leads and develops Indeed Flex’s National Accounts team across the Industrial and Hospitality sectors, and personally owns the senior relationships across our most important corporate accounts. This is a player-coach role. You will coach a team of three to four National Account Executives to win and grow national and multi-site workforce partnerships, and you will personally act as the Account Director on our key corporate accounts. On those accounts you own the senior stakeholder relationships once the contract is signed, and you drive their long-term growth. You will be measured on two things: how your team performs, and the growth you deliver personally across the corporate accounts and relationships you own.
