Through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork, we’re making sleep health accessible, effective, and life changing. We are currently seeking a National Marketing Manager to join our team. We are open to candidates based anywhere across Canada. As National Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of impactful, patient-focused marketing strategies across all Resolve Sleep Health clinics nationwide. Acting as the operational engine of the marketing team, you’ll connect strategy to execution—ensuring campaigns are aligned, scalable, and deliver measurable results. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner across teams to bring the brand to life, support clinic success, and enhance the end-to-end patient experience.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, digital marketing channels, and data-driven decision making
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and continuous improvement
  • Passion for delivering a seamless, patient-centric (or customer-centric) experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-location or national organizations (healthcare or retail experience is an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the national marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities
  • Translate growth strategies into integrated, market-ready campaigns across digital, CRM, brand, and clinic channels
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through execution and performance analysis
  • Partner with operations, clinics, and sales teams to ensure programs are practical, effective, and locally adaptable
  • Use data and insights to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Support segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies to enhance the patient experience
  • Develop scalable, on-brand marketing materials and messaging for diverse audiences
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early, and proactively implement solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing programs
