About The Position

Nordstrom is holding an in-store hiring event on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, Massachusetts. Candidates may arrive at any time during the event without scheduling in advance. Follow the hiring-event signs or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions. A resume is welcome but not required, and candidates should allow approximately one hour for the interview process. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. The event is hiring for seasonal Retail Stock positions with a 5:00 a.m. start time, as well as regular commission-sales positions in Women’s Apparel; Kids Apparel & Shoes; Lingerie & Active; At Home; Women’s & Men’s Shoes; and Accessories & Jewelry. Pay varies by role, location, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Posted ranges include Customer Service, Sales Support, and Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery rates; commission sales rates vary by merchandise category. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
