About The Position
Nordstrom is hosting an in-store hiring event on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1400 South Hayes Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202. No advance scheduling is required; candidates may arrive at any time during the event for an interview. Follow the hiring event signs or ask a Nordstrom employee for directions. Candidates may bring a resume, but it is not required. Allow approximately one hour for the interview process. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. The event is hiring for regular and seasonal positions. Seasonal openings are available in Men's Apparel and Shoes. Pay depends on the position, location, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed rates are $18.65 per hour for Sales and $18.65–$19.40 per hour for Support. Other roles have separate pay ranges. Some selling employees receive commission, which typically ranges from 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories, and is typically 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
