About The Position

Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; pay ranges may differ at other locations. Commission for many selling employees varies by merchandise, with apparel, shoes, and accessories typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. Other roles should be reviewed for their posted pay ranges. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
