Listed hourly ranges include $12.80 for Salesperson and $16.35–$17.05 for Stock & Fulfillment and Customer Service. Other roles have separate pay ranges. Commission for apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically ranges from 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales commissions are typically 3%. Some positions may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
