Infinity Replacement is our dedicated window and door replacement business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying. The Director of Sales provides enterprise-level leadership for our national field sales organization, setting strategy and driving execution to accelerate revenue growth across all Infinity Replacement markets. This role owns the full sales performance engine—from sales model design and compensation strategy to training, KPIs, coaching, tools, messaging, and consultative selling methodology. This leader will serve as a key change agent, stepping into a scaling organization to assess performance, identify opportunities, and build the systems, processes, and culture required to elevate the business to the next level.
