About The Position

Reliant Health Partners is an innovative medical claims repricing service provider, helping employers achieve maximum health plan savings with minimum noise. We tailor our services to each client’s needs, providing everything from individual specialty claims repricing, to full plan replacement as a high-performance, open-access network alternative. The National Director of Health Plan Growth is a strategic, high-impact sales role responsible for driving net-new business across national and regional health plans. This individual will lead enterprise sales efforts, building relationships with executive stakeholders and positioning Reliant’s cost-containment and payment optimization solutions. This role plays a critical part in expanding Reliant’s market presence and supporting Point C’s mission to deliver innovative, high-value healthcare solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B or healthcare sales experience
  • Proven success selling into health plans, payers, or payer-adjacent organizations
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior operational leaders
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition within targeted national and regional health plan accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans within complex payer organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across target accounts
  • Navigate multi-year agreements, pilot programs, and phased enterprise implementations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Represent Reliant Health Partners at industry conferences, executive meetings, and strategic events
