The National Director of Clinical Programs provides national leadership for clinical program development, implementation, and operational support across the organization’s assisted living and memory care communities. Reporting to the Director of Care Services, this role is responsible for leading and expanding key clinical initiatives that support resident care, workforce development, and operational efficiency across the organization. The National Director of Clinical Programs also provides direct clinical oversight and support for communities operating outside of established regional structures. Initially, this position will provide clinical program oversight and operational support for communities in Georgia and Pennsylvania, ensuring compliance with state regulations and consistent implementation of company clinical systems and practices. A key responsibility of this role is developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s Assessment on Demand Program, which allows communities to request virtual resident assessments for complex move-ins, out-of-state transfers, or situations in which an in-person Health and Wellness Director is unavailable. This leader will also oversee the continued expansion of the organization’s Nurse Internship Program and CNA Internship Program, strengthening the company’s workforce development pipeline. Additionally, the National Director of Clinical Programs will lead the implementation of the organization’s in-house First Aid and CPR certification initiative, establishing training capabilities across communities to support staff development and generate potential external training revenue. This role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with operations leadership, community teams, and corporate departments to ensure successful program implementation. Guided by the organization’s pillars of Excellence, Human Focus, and Creativity, the National Director of Clinical Programs plays a critical role in strengthening clinical systems, expanding workforce development programs, and supporting high-quality resident care across the organization.
