Friends of the Children is seeking a passionate, relationship-centered, and organized professional to serve as their National Alumni Coordinator. This role is crucial for maintaining connections with program graduates and alumni, supporting their transition into adulthood, higher education, and career pathways. The position offers a unique opportunity for a Friends of the Children program graduate to leverage their lived experience into leadership, building a national alumni network, amplifying alumni voices, and creating pathways for future generations. The Pathways for Young Adults Program supports youth and graduates aged 18-22 during their transition to postsecondary education, workforce training, employment, and independent adulthood. A key aspect of this strategy is maintaining lifelong relationships with program graduates and alumni, fostering connection, mentorship, leadership, and advocacy. The National Alumni Coordinator will act as a liaison between Friends of the Children and program graduates nationwide, ensuring alumni voices influence organizational decision-making, strengthening alumni engagement, tracking long-term outcomes, and cultivating a network of leaders who contribute to future generations.
