About The Position

Nortera produces major private and retail brands and markets its own brand Arctic Gardens. The National Account Manager will be responsible for the management, negotiation, and development of Food Service US. This includes ensuring consistent profitable growth through collaborative client relationships, sales planning, and sales strategy execution. The role involves executing the Foodservice growth strategy to develop key markets and grow the current customer base, maintaining and growing relationships with existing food service customers, analyzing sales using external and internal data for strategic business development decisions, and collaborating with the marketing team on corporate identity, brand strategy, new product launches, promotional campaigns, and advertising. Consistent monthly reporting and reviews of customer bookings, forecasting, and sales alignment are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in negotiations, meeting sales goals, building relationships, responding to customer demands, managing processes, engagement, and customer training.
  • Experience calling on Corporate Broadline Foodservice, managing and execution of category RFI and RFP's.
  • Knowledge and experience in the foodservice industry, ideally in Frozen and/or the Canned Vegetable channel.
  • Five (5) years of foodservice major account management.
  • College Degree.

  • Previous private label experience in the frozen or canned vegetable category.
