This role is crucial for supporting the company's expansion across major Club retail accounts in 2026 and beyond, ensuring successful launches, sustained growth, and strong retailer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience managing Club retail accounts, preferably Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s Wholesale.
  • 4-5 years of experience within the CPG industry, ideally within beverage or functional wellness categories.
  • Proven experience working directly with Club buyers, brokers, and distributor partners.
  • Strong understanding of Club channel dynamics, including pack architecture, promotional planning, inventory management, and high-volume retail execution.
  • Experience managing large-scale launches and driving velocity within high-volume retail environments.
  • Passionate about TRIP and inspired by the mission of helping millions of people find calm.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to adapt quickly and drive results.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retailer portals and syndicated data platforms preferred.
  • Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and video conferencing platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits.
  • Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer strategies for Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Wholesale, and other Club accounts to drive sales growth, profitability, and distribution expansion.
  • Prepare line reviews, potential roadshow opportunities, innovation presentations, and sell-in strategies to secure new placements and incremental business.
  • Create and manage promotional calendars, pricing strategies, pack architecture, and retailer programming tailored specifically to the Club channel.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with buyers, brokers, distributor partners, and cross-functional retailer teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of launches, inventory management, and promotional programs.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, promotional ROI, and retailer scorecards to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Own forecasting responsibilities for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with internal production planning and retailer demand expectations.
  • Manage retailer-specific systems, item setup processes, new item submissions, promotional planning, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing to develop account-specific activations, POS materials, sampling programs, and shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Create strategies and priorities for third-party merchandising and retail execution partners to maximize in-store performance and sell-through.
  • Prepare and present regular business updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the VP of US Sales and leadership team.
  • Manage trade spend and budget approvals to ensure efficient and profitable investment.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to share wins, discuss challenges, and align on company priorities and strategies.
  • Attend retailer meetings, industry events, roadshows, and trade shows as needed.
