The National Accounts Leader is responsible for leading and scaling the National Accounts organization, overseeing a team of National Account Managers who manage the company’s largest and most strategic agency groups, networks, franchises, and aggregators. This role owns the National Account strategy, drives premium growth and partner retention, and serves as a senior escalation point for external partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate blends deep insurance distribution expertise with strong people leadership, executive-level relationship management, and data-driven strategic execution.
