The National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for being the primary interface with the National Account customers, under the direction of the National Accounts Team Lead. This role involves attending and preparing for weekly meetings, participating in training, leading the on-boarding process for new national account customers, and auditing administrative needs. The coordinator will also assist in scheduling and processing work orders, service requests, invoices, and repair quotes.
