About The Position

Earthborne Trucks and Equipment, a family-owned business serving the Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas for over 50 years, is seeking a results-driven National Account Sales Representative. This role is crucial for leading and growing relationships with their largest construction and forestry customers across the U.S. The primary focus is on building long-term partnerships, expanding national accounts, and driving revenue through strategic sales of equipment, parts, and service solutions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience (construction, forestry, heavy equipment, or industrial preferred)
  • Proven success managing large, multi-location or national accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable traveling nationally
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • CRM experience and strong sales forecasting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Grow national accounts within construction and forestry markets
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase equipment, parts, and service sales
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership, fleet managers, and procurement teams
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and dealer partners to execute national agreements
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term service programs
  • Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell solutions across customer fleets
  • Track performance, forecast sales, and report on account activity
  • Represent the company at industry events, job sites, and customer meetings
