Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience (retail or wholesale required)
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Proven success managing key accounts and hitting growth targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel across Canada and the U.S., including overnight travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in horticultural products is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies for assigned National and Key Accounts
  • Drive revenue growth while achieving margin and sell-through targets
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with retail partners
  • Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Design, and Customer Support to deliver results
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, pricing, and expenses
  • Negotiate effectively to maintain BTN’s competitive market position
  • Implement merchandising teams for select customers
  • Travel extensively to build strong in-market relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and proactively grow your portfolio
