The National Account Director (NAD) Prime Therapeutics reports to the Head of National and Government Accounts and is tasked with creating and refining strategic operating plans for all segments of the Prime business. This role ensures profitable access to all BIIB products, acting as Biogen’s sole representative. The NAD manages all business and divisional entities aligned to the Prime enterprise, requiring deep knowledge of business models and growth strategies. They must build broad relationships with key executives and seek innovative approaches to advance Biogen’s interests. Leading extensive internal stakeholder teams, the NAD develops account-focused strategies that optimize product revenue, secure profitable access, maximize outcomes, execute service agreements, and craft customer-focused initiatives. Proactive collaboration with franchise, MA&R and Account Director leadership is expected, along with providing valuable customer insights and ongoing reports on customer engagement, product status, and innovation progress.
