Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Data entry experience
  • Efficient data entry ability
  • Knowledge of company software
  • Knowledge of Allied systems
  • Problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer
  • Create move estimates
  • Register new shipments
  • Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location
  • Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information
  • Scan paperwork into SISTRS and Documentum as received
  • Prepare driver paperwork as necessary
