We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented National Account Manager who is equally comfortable maintaining strong client relationships and keeping complex projects organized, on track, and moving forward across multi-location marketing campaigns. In this role, you will support national and franchise-level campaigns from launch through reporting, serving as a client-facing partner while also driving organized, high-quality execution across every stage of the campaign lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the business while gaining hands-on experience in account management, campaign operations, reporting, and client communication; making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in a client-facing role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, dependable, and relationship-oriented approach
  • Experience in marketing, account management, project coordination, or client services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of national and franchise-level marketing campaigns from setup through delivery
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact for updates, approvals, delivery notifications, and day-to-day communication
  • Coordinate key campaign elements such as target area selections, creative requests, and location details
  • Process orders and maintain accurate campaign records, timelines, and supporting documentation
  • Help keep campaigns organized and on schedule by following up on pending items and escalating issues when appropriate
  • Partner with internal teams including Analytics, Design, Production, and Client Services to drive campaign success
  • Support ROI and tracking tools, including manual uploads and reporting assistance
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism, organization, and client care throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed
