About The Position

We’re a family of six looking for a warm, caring nanny to join us on weekday mornings. Our children are 8, 7, 4, and 1 year old. Mom homeschools our two oldest, so you’ll spend most of your time with our younger two while also getting to know and engaging with all four. Our days are flexible, and we tend to go with the flow. We’d love to find someone who enjoys getting down on the floor to play, heading outside with the kids, and finding little ways to make an ordinary morning fun. Most of all, we’re hoping for someone patient and attentive who will build a genuine connection with our children and feel at home with our family.

Requirements

• A warm, energetic nanny who enjoys caring for young children
• Someone patient and attentive who is comfortable in a busy household
• A dependable caregiver who communicates openly and takes initiative
• Someone who can help the children calm down, take space when needed, and talk through disagreements

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care, primarily for our 4-year-old and 1-year-old
• Play with the children, plan simple fun activities, and spend time outdoors
• Serve snacks and lunch, helping with simple preparation as needed
• Clean up after the children’s meals and activities

Benefits

• 20 guaranteed hours per week
• One week of PTO
• $200 retention bonus after six months
