About The Position

A family in Wilmington, Massachusetts, is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide after-school supervision and care for two children, ages 12 and 8, who both have special needs. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a start date as soon as possible. The home has cats and is smoke-free. The family has a vaccination policy that will be discussed directly with candidates.

The caregiver will engage the children in safe, age-appropriate activities, provide occasional transportation to local children's activities, and support evening routines while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comfort working around pets are required. CNA experience and basic knowledge of tracheostomy care are preferred; training in tracheostomy care will be provided.

Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience. Candidates will be subject to a background check and must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Requirements
