We are excited to match YOU with your dream family-- take a look below at this position, and let us know if you’re interested! This is a Full-Time Mother’s Helper Position in Fox Chapel, PA. The start date is ASAP, but flexible for the perfect fit. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, and Wednesday: 2:30 PM–TBD, with guaranteed 40 hours/week. The hourly rate is $25-27. The children are 6-year-old, 4-year-old, and 1-year-old. There is one hypoallergenic dog. The position includes 5 days paid vacation of the family’s choice and 5 days of the nanny’s choice, plus all major holidays. The mother is looking for a proactive, organized, energetic, and common-sense individual who sees family life as a team sport. You will primarily be working with the 1-year-old while the mother handles other tasks, and you will assist with school drop-offs/pickups, naps, meals, playtime, and household tasks such as children's laundry, tidying bedrooms, vacuuming kid spaces, bringing in groceries, chopping fruits and veggies, and light dinner prep. You will also need to let the dog outside once or twice a day. The father works from home but travels frequently. The mother is home and highly involved, and the family enjoys outings and playdates. Flexibility for occasional earlier or later hours when the father travels is appreciated. The family values open communication, mutual respect, and wants someone who will become an integral part of the family for the next 3-4 years.

Requirements

Must have a driver's license.
Must have a vehicle.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

Assist with school drop-offs and pickups.
Manage naps, meals, and playtime for the children.
Handle everyday logistics that come with three children.
Perform family-assistant tasks such as children's laundry, changing sheets, tidying bedrooms and the playroom, vacuuming kid spaces.
Assist with household tasks like bringing in groceries and chopping fruits and veggies.
Perform light dinner prep.
Let the dog outside once or twice during the day.
Occasionally join the dog and baby for a walk.
Flex earlier or later hours when the father travels, with advance notice.
Engage in outings and playdates with the children.
