Requirements
- Driver's license
- Vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years
- Up-to-date vaccinations preferred

Responsibilities
- Create engaging, active, and grounded days for the children.
- Get outside often with the children.
- Plan simple outings like local parks and library days.
- Read books with the children.
- Help children feel secure, stimulated, and deeply cared for.
- Weave developmental learning into everyday play.
- Provide childcare and household support as time allows.
- Take initiative where it's helpful.
- Assist with occasional simple farm tasks like collecting eggs (optional).
- Implement established routines and rhythms.
- Maintain open, honest, and direct communication with the family.
- Keep parents looped in on the children's activities and well-being.
- Engage in play, teaching, and redirecting children.
- Meet children where they are while gently helping them grow.
- Maintain a phones down, fully engaged approach.
