About The Position

A family in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking an experienced full-time, live-out nanny to care for their two-year-old child. The schedule is five days per week: two daytime shifts of eight hours each and three overnight shifts when the parents travel, attend late dinners, or need nighttime help. The child sleeps through the night. The family seeks a collaborative and valued member of the household team who genuinely enjoys working in a private family environment. The position is ready to hire, and relocation is available for the right candidate. The nanny will provide daily childcare, support the child in meeting toddler milestones, maintain sleep schedules and bath and bedtime routines, and plan engaging educational activities. The nanny will coordinate closely with the other full-time staff, travel with the family occasionally when required, and maintain discretion and professionalism in the household. Compensation is $45 per hour or more, depending on experience.
