About The Position

Requirements

• Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Must have a vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Up-to-date vaccinations preferred.

• Experience with toddler development and transitions.
• Comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and keeping parents looped in.
• Enjoys being outside and can keep pace with an active toddler.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging, active, and grounded days for the children.
• Getting outside often with the children.
• Planning simple outings like local parks and library days.
• Reading books and helping children feel secure, stimulated, and cared for.
• Weaving developmental learning into everyday play.
• Meal preparation for the children.
• Washing dishes.
• Doing laundry.
• Tidying and organizing the home.
• Taking initiative to help keep life running smoothly.
• Occasionally collecting eggs with the children (optional).
• Implementing established routines and rhythms consistently.
• Communicating openly, honestly, and directly with parents.
• Keeping parents looped in on the children's activities and well-being.
