About The Position

A lovely family near Presidio Heights is seeking a temporary full-time nanny for their almost 2-year-old and 3.5-year-old from Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 28. Care is needed Monday-Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm for two weeks. Mom will be home caring for the family's newborn during this time. The family also has a friendly 30-pound dog. The ideal candidate is engaging, limits screen time, and has experience caring for multiple children under 4 years old.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
• Must have experience with multiple children under the age of 4 years old
• CPR certified, or willing to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
• Fluent English required

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Engaging, limits screen time, and has experience caring for multiple children under 4 years old

Responsibilities

• Drive children, if licensed
• Engaging with the children; take to museums, local playground, outdoor activities in backyard
• Prepare lunch and snacks (light cooking/reheating as needed)
• Facilitate nap time
• Tidy children's play areas
