Requirements

Up-to-date vaccinations required.
Tdap and MMR required.
Annual Flu shot strongly preferred.
Driver's license.
Vehicle.
Clean driving record.
Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Nice To Haves

Flexibility to start earlier or end later with advanced notice.
Willingness to travel with the family on occasion.

Responsibilities

Care for a 4-year-old, an 18-month-old, and a newborn due in December.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as playground visits, museum trips, swimming, crafts, cooking, and outdoor play.
Maintain a low-screen environment for the children, focusing on outdoor play, coloring, dress-up, books, conversation, imagination, adventures, and real-world learning.
Implement a nurturing parenting style with structure, routines, and clear expectations.
Assist children in learning to be part of a household by helping with tasks like putting away toys or carrying items.
Maintain an organized home environment, including managing diaper stock and art supplies.
Let out the small, hypoallergenic dog into the yard.
Occasionally come a little earlier or stay later with advance notice.
Travel with the family on occasion.
Become a trusted part of the children's childhood, growing alongside them and being present for milestones.
