Requirements

• Authorization to work in the US.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a full-time or steady part-time nanny in private homes.
• Experience caring for multiple children, including infants.
• A well-suited demeanor for working with children.
• Exceptional childcare references attesting to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity, and high emotional intelligence.
• Education or equivalent knowledge of child growth and development stages.
• Comfortable working in a partnership with other caregivers and parents, never responsible for all 4 children solo.
• Demonstrates professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Fluency in both oral and written English.
