Minneapolis - Nanny for Twins Needed
About The Position
We are excitedly preparing to welcome our identical twin daughters this October, and we are looking for a special person to join our family team! We believe in building a relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and open communication. We would love to partner with someone who is eager to work right alongside us to help establish healthy routines, navigate the exciting world of twins, and create a warm, safe, and loving environment for our little ones to grow. The position would start with part time hours (2 or 3 days per week) February 1st 2027 when dad goes back to work. Hours would switch to full time when mom goes back to work around middle of March 2027.
Requirements
- Experienced, compassionate, and deeply dependable professional.
- Newborn & Twin Experience: Confident managing the unique schedules, feeding, and daily needs of caring for infants, specifically multiples.
- Highly dependable, adaptable, patient, and wonderfully calm under pressure.
- Excellent at keeping open lines of communication and collaborating daily with parents.
- Great organizational skills to keep baby gear, nursery items, and daily logs running smoothly.
- Openness to occasional shifts for overnight care when needed.
- Comfortable around our sweet 40 lb black lab mix, Bella.
Responsibilities
- Providing attentive, nurturing, and responsive care for our twin girls.
- Supporting healthy sleep habits and feeding routines as they grow.
- Engaging the babies with age-appropriate developmental activities, tummy time, and lots of love.
- Maintaining nurseries, baby bottles, and children's laundry.
- Partnering with us as a true teammate in our parenting journey.
