A warm and welcoming family in Wayne, PA is seeking a dependable, energetic, and organized Family Assistant/Nanny to help care for their two wonderful children, ages 5 and 7. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a fun, structured environment while also helping keep a busy household running smoothly.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional Nanny experience.
Outstanding Nanny references.
Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
Energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
Able to multitask and adapt to the changing needs of a busy family.
Driver's license and car.

Responsibilities

Provide nurturing, attentive care for two school-age children.
Plan and engage the children in creative, active, and age-appropriate activities.
Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities.
Assist with homework and after-school routines.
Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals for the children.
Maintain a calm, positive, and predictable afternoon routine.
Manage and help maintain the family calendar and children's schedules.
Coordinate appointments, activities, and logistics.
Complete the children's laundry and keep bedrooms, play areas, and other child-related spaces neat and organized.
Monitor pantry and household inventory and help keep groceries and essential supplies stocked.
Assist with packing and unpacking for family trips.
Handle occasional errands and last-minute household tasks.
Provide proactive support to help the household stay organized and running efficiently.
