About The Position

A busy, welcoming Edina family is seeking a nurturing, proactive, and autonomous Nanny / Household Manager to partner with them long-term. Their number one priority is finding someone who brings joy, fun, and social interaction to their two children (plus baby on the way), while seamlessly balancing household management duties. If you love the outdoors, believe in a screen-free environment, and are ready to become an integral part of a growing family, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

A Joyful Nurturer: You bring energy, warmth, and fun to early childhood development.
Highly Autonomous: Both parents manage demanding schedules; they need a partner who can step in, see what needs to be done, and confidently execute it without being micromanaged.
A Great Role Model: You naturally model good behavior, kindness, and positive communication.
Experienced (In life or work!): While nanny experience is great, the family is highly open to other life experiences (teaching, parenting, camp counseling, etc.) that showcase your nurturing, responsible nature.

Responsibilities

Outdoor Play: Exploring parks, backyard fun, and enjoying nature.
Creativity & Learning: Arts, crafts, reading books, and imaginative play.
Active Fun: Swimming and keeping the kids socially engaged.
Transportation: Safely driving the children to activities (car seats provided).
Laundry: Handling both the children’s and the family's laundry.
Meal Prep: Preparing healthy meals for the children and helping with overall family meal prep.
Errands: Grocery shopping and managing household inventory.
Light Housekeeping: Keeping the home tidy, organized, and running efficiently.
