Minneapolis - Full Time Nanny/Household Manager
About The Position
We are a high-energy, active Christian family of six relocating to the Minneapolis area. Because my husband travels frequently for work, I am looking for a wonderful, proactive nanny to act as my true teammate in navigating a busy household. We have four amazing children: girls aged 6.5 and 5, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old baby boy. Our home also includes one lovable, 30lb, non-shedding Mini Goldendoodle who is a big part of our family! Our home is rooted in faith, gratitude, humility, and respect—but it’s also filled with laughter, outdoor adventures, and fun! We are looking for someone who doesn't just "babysit," but who wants to become an extension of our family for years to come. The role involves assisting with morning routines, focusing on the baby and toddler during the day, supporting with household organization and dinner preparation in the afternoons/evenings, and occasional evening or weekend support. Occasional travel for short trips is also part of the role.

- Proactive & Organized: Someone with great initiative who sees what needs to be done and jumps in to help with household routines.
- Active & Playful: Ready to match the energy of four young kids, head to the park, and stay busy.
- Comfortable with Pets: Genuinely comfortable and happy to be around our sweet, non-shedding Mini Goldendoodle.
- Flexible: Comfortable with long days (e.g., 7 AM – 8 PM on heavy activity days) and occasional weekend hours.

Responsibilities
- Help with kids' breakfast while Mom tends to the baby.
- Focus on the baby boy and the 2-year-old (who attends preschool 2-3 days a week) after school drop-offs.
- Keep the house organized.
- Prep dinner.
- Ensure the dog is looked after.
- Occasionally stay with the sleeping baby while Mom takes the older kids out.
- Coordinate schedules with the evening sitter.
- Occasional travel (primarily short trips to Texas to visit family).
