About The Position
Frenchies Modern Nail Salon is hiring a Nail Technician to provide manicures and pedicures in a friendly, team-oriented studio. The studio is described as light, open, airy, clean, and non-toxic, with no acrylics or harsh chemical smells. Supplies and marketing are provided, there are no chair rentals, and technicians keep 100% of their tips. Compensation includes three experience-based levels with advancement opportunities, base pay even when not booked, paid on-the-job training, and team and individual performance bonuses. The salon also offers continuing education and training in manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, builder gel, and more. Salon hours are 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on weekends. The hiring process promises a phone call within 24 hours, an in-person interview within 48 hours, and an offer letter and lunch with the owner within seven days.
Requirements
- Be a licensed manicurist or cosmetologist.
Responsibilities
