Nail Care Technician (Full-Time) Arizona Biltmore
About The Position
Our beautiful Tierra Luna Spa has a talented team delivering calming and unique experiences to our guests with cutting edge products and offerings inspired by the local culture and surroundings. The spa has 12 treatment rooms (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, a cafe, contrast bathing (a hot tub and cold plunge pool), and one of the only freestanding outdoor Halotherapy rooms where guests can boost their immunity and cleanse their respiratory system. As a Nail Technician, you would be responsible for providing professional nail care treatments for guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years experience as Nail Technician
- Current Arizona State Nail Technician License
- Excellent time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail care treatments to include but not limited to, polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatment, acrylics, etc. in accordance with state, local and company health safety regulations.
- Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Ensure product knowledge.
- Maintain records as required by federal, state and local and company regulations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform general Spa/Salon duties, as needed.
