About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Nail Care Technician for the Arizona Biltmore, a luxury resort. This part-time position is based at the Tierra Luna Spa, which offers unique and calming experiences to guests using cutting-edge products and local inspirations. The spa features 12 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, a cafe, contrast bathing, and a Halotherapy room. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional nail care treatments, maintaining supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, possessing product knowledge, maintaining records, and resolving guest issues. This role contributes to the hotel's efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Requirements

At least three (3) years experience as Nail Technician
Current Arizona State Nail Technician License
Excellent time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

Provide professional nail care treatments to include but not limited to, polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatment, acrylics, etc. in accordance with state, local and company health safety regulations.
Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of work area.
Ensure product knowledge.
Maintain records as required by federal, state and local and company regulations.
Respond to guest inquires and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Perform general Spa/Salon duties, as needed.
