About The Position
Part-time Retail Merchandisers represent Mondelēz International in stores and help ensure its snack brands are stocked, displayed, and ready for shoppers. The role involves scheduled store visits, stocking and rotating products, building promotional displays, and supporting seasonal sales and new product launches. Merchandisers work with their Retail Territory Manager (RTM) and store personnel to maintain brand standards, follow merchandising plans, and deliver an organized, consumer-ready snack aisle. The position requires a flexible schedule, independent work, and physical activity.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- Have a positive, professional attitude and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
- Be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Gonzales, Texas.
Nice To Haves

- Previous retail or grocery experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Conduct store visits in accordance with Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
- Implement promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
- Follow safety and compliance practices while moving and stocking products.
