About The Position
The Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser represents Mondelēz International in retail stores and helps keep its snack brands stocked, displayed, and ready for shoppers. Working closely with a Retail Territory Manager (RTM), the merchandiser makes scheduled store visits, supports seasonal launches and promotions, and maintains relationships with store teams to deliver an organized, consumer-ready snack aisle. The role requires a positive, professional attitude, independent work, and physical activity including lifting, bending, and moving products.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push or pull over 50 pounds.
- Ability to move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Live within 25 miles of Franklin, North Carolina, the primary location.
Nice To Haves

- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Conduct store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand execution and visibility.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across assigned stores.
- Implement promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM to support efficient retail-team coverage.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
- Follow safety and compliance expectations while moving and stocking products.
