About The Position

Part-time Nabisco Merchandisers represent Mondelēz International in retail stores and help ensure its snack brands are stocked, displayed, and ready for shoppers. Working with a Retail Territory Manager (RTM), the merchandiser follows scheduled store visits and merchandising priorities, supports everyday and seasonal execution, and helps create an organized, inviting snack aisle. The role involves working independently across assigned stores, building relationships with store teams, and communicating store-level information to the RTM and retail team.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
Must be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
Must live within 25 miles of the primary location in Merrillville, Indiana.
Must be available Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Must be able to move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves.
Must be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Complete store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers.
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across assigned stores.
Implement promotional displays and follow the RTM’s negotiated plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM to support efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
Follow safety and compliance practices while moving and stocking products.
