About The Position

Mondelēz International is hiring a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to meet customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. The role represents Mondelēz and its snack brands in stores, working with in-store employees and sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays. Merchandisers visit assigned stores according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays. They ensure products are represented, stocked, and maintained in line with company guidelines, and communicate issues when store managers’ negotiated plans are not followed. The role follows the merchandising manager’s daily schedule and supports seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
Have a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
Be able to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 pounds.
Be able to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
Have availability on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday for a 15-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and communicate with customers and in-store employees.
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
Represent Mondelēz brands in stores and work with sales representatives to improve product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Conduct store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
Ensure products are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
Check that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude.
