About The Position

Mondelēz International is hiring a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill customer merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, shelf stocking, and maintaining or changing displays. The merchandiser represents Mondelēz and its brands in stores, works closely with sales representatives, and helps optimize product visibility and promotional displays. The role covers stores in Roseville, Michigan, and nearby secondary locations including St. Clair Shores and Grosse Pointe. Candidates must live within 25 miles of the primary location. The schedule requires availability Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday, with a 6:00 a.m. start time and 15–20 hours per week. The position pays $14.00–$16.00 per hour based on relevant experience. Mileage is reimbursed according to company policy. Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE is provided.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently.
Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
Be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Be able to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves.
Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Roseville, Michigan.
Be available to work Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday, starting at 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to improve product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order products for shelves and displays using an iPad tablet to help ensure products are in stock.
Keep Nabisco brands represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.
