About The Position

Mondelēz International is hiring a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to represent the company in retail stores and support effective in-store execution. The role helps bring brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life by stocking shelves, building displays, supporting seasonal launches, and maintaining an organized, consumer-ready snack aisle. The merchandiser works with a Retail Territory Manager (RTM), follows scheduled store visits and priorities, and builds relationships with store personnel. Store locations include Luray, Virginia, and secondary locations in Harrisonburg, Elkton, and Mount Jackson, Virginia. Candidates must live within 25 miles of the primary location. The schedule requires availability Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00, based on relevant experience.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the candidate resides.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to multiple store locations; mileage is reimbursed.
Ability to work independently with a positive, professional, self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
Ability to move products from the stockroom to the store floor and stock shelves.
Live within 25 miles of Luray, Virginia, the primary location.
Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or grocery experience.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Conduct store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers, to support brand execution and visibility.
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across assigned stores.
Implement promotional displays and follow the RTM’s negotiated plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM to support efficient retail team coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
Follow safety and compliance expectations while lifting, bending, and moving products.
