Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser
About The Position
Join Mondelēz International as a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser, helping meet customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent Mondelēz and its brands—including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit—in stores, working with sales representatives and store employees to improve product visibility and build promotional displays. The role follows the company’s in-store merchandising guidelines and daily schedule and includes ordering products with an iPad tablet, taking display photos, supporting seasonal sales and new product launches, and reporting issues to management. The primary location is Lapeer, Michigan, with additional locations in Lake Orion, Auburn Hills, Clarkston, and White Lake, Michigan. The person must live within 25 miles of the primary location and be available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, starting at 6:00 a.m. The position is 20–25 hours per week. Travel between stores using a personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed according to company policy.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
- Have valid insurance coverage for a personal vehicle used to travel to store locations.
- Be able to work independently and demonstrate a positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
- Live within 25 miles of Lapeer, Michigan.
- Be available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with a 6:00 a.m. start time.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships and communicate with customers and in-store employees while representing Mondelēz.
- Work with sales representatives to improve product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Visit assigned stores according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays.
- Order products for shelves and displays using an iPad tablet to help ensure products are in stock.
- Keep Nabisco brands represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
- Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to the Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
- Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.
