About The Position

The Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser represents Mondelēz International in retail stores, stocking and rotating products, building promotional displays, and maintaining brand standards for its snack brands. The role supports everyday merchandising, seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility events, helping keep the snack aisle organized and ready for shoppers. The merchandiser follows scheduled store visits and priorities set by a Retail Territory Manager (RTM), builds relationships with store personnel, and communicates store-level insights and issues to the RTM and retail team. The position covers Newberg, Oregon, and nearby secondary locations including Wilsonville, McMinnville, Sherwood, Tigard, and Tualatin. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with a 6:00 a.m. start time and holidays as needed. The role requires travel to multiple store locations in the employee’s personal vehicle; mileage is reimbursed according to company policy. Hourly compensation is $18.00.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to multiple store locations.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-motivated, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 pounds.
• Availability Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 6:00 a.m., with holidays as needed.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Newberg, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Conduct store visits in accordance with Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers.
• Stock and rotate products and maintain brand standards across assigned stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM to support efficient retail team coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Safely move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves, including lifting, bending, and carrying.
